Exceeded my expectations! Alyssa is great, and ever very responsive to any bug we have. I am too incredibly pleased with the maintanence staff. Very responsive to all requests I take placed and incredibly friendly. Front desk-bound team also very friendly and helpful!

Loved the building and the amenities. The flat was beautiful and we volition miss the large windows with the great view of the South Terminate. We volition also miss the energy efficiency--we inappreciably used the heat and Air conditioning!

Really have enjoyed the apartment building. Have fabricated lots of great friendships that will surely last a lifetime. Rooftop in summer time is key! Mutual infinite amenities are enjoyable. Moving to a new state. Volition miss the Girard and the South End.

Weve been at the Girard since last Apr 2017. We were empty nesters downsizing and looking frontwards to living in the city but werent quite sure what to expect moving into an flat building. Martin Shultz, the sales manager is helpful and patient far beyond his job clarification.
