When Giving a Female a Pelvic Exam Can It Be Determined if She Had a Baby

| Chrissy21 Newbie (female person) Join Date: Oct 2005 Posts: 2 | So I went to the dr today since I oasis't had a normal menstruum since August 25th. I've had ALOT of pregnancy symptoms such as my boobs have grown from 38" to 41 1/2", I feel nauseous, I'm tired all the time, I pee all the time and I just feel... pregnant. So she did a pelvic exam on me and said that my uterus didn't experience enlarged or tender.... felt tender to me when she was pushing on it! So she ordered an HCG quantitative and the results volition be in on Monday. I just remember talking to someone a while back who said her doc told her that before 12 weeks information technology's most impossible to tell past a pelvic test if you're pregnant and if I am pg I'm only nearly viii 1/two weeks. Has anyone had whatsoever experiance with this? Is that true? Also when she was doing the exam she asked if I'd had sex recently and when I told her no she seemed confused but I don't know why. What could have given her that impression? Thanks so much! I just really don't know what's going on and I am on pins and needles waiting for Monday! |

Thank you so much! I but really don't know what's going on and I am on pins and needles waiting for Monday! By pelvic exam, practice you mean internal exam? With DS, I went into the DR's for my yearly check up. When he did my internal exam, he told his nurse to add a pg test to my lab form. Turns out I was almost half dozen weeks significant. When I had my first OB engagement I was seven weeks, and my doctor could deffinitly tell I was pregnant "merely by looking". Could your doctor have been confused almost you lot not having sex recently because you usually need to do the deed in club to Get pregnant? LOL. I know, I'm a smart arse. LOL. My final dr told me some women can't get positive urine tests though. I didn't get one with my concluding pregnancy til I was 7 weeks and and so I miscarried at 8. She only told me my uterus didn't feel enlarged... although this is the commencement time I'd seen this dr then she'd never felt my uterus before. She said it wasn't tender simply boy it felt tender when she was pushing on it and such. I merely can't figure out why else my boobs would have grown 4 inches around, why I'yard peeing every 5 minutes after simply a glass of milk, and why I'chiliad so tired all the fourth dimension. Plus I've had the worst craving for York Peppermint Paddies for about 4 weeks now. I've been known to eat an 8 pack of them in one sitting. I just can't seem to go plenty of them. Normally I tin can't stand chocolate and if I do eat it, the times are few and far betwixt. At present I'one thousand eating those things at least ii or 3 times a calendar week. I just want it to be Monday soon or else I may need to exist committed before I become insane from waiting. |

I took 4 pg test and all were neg I went to the dr yesterday found out I was most half dozen wks along, he did a pap and commented virtually how I had a pg uterus and then she sould be able to tell if she did an internal examination. I hope y'all are pg! Dont iggy your body trust me when I got those neg pg test I was similar ok I am loosing my mind perchance its all in my mind that I was pg only it wasnt my mind I really was pg.
